We make every effort to be sure that every item leaves our shop free from defect, has the correct spelling, and appropriate layout. That being said, we are human, after all, so rest assured, any errors on our part are guaranteed to be fixed or replaced to your satisfaction.

Bringing Something in?

It is our main goal to engrave each & every piece to perfection. However, occasional circumstances beyond our control may compromise our intent. Items can slip while engraving, for example, or small items in particular can be difficult to align. Although we would like to think we can “do it all”, articles brought in to us cannot be guaranteed
